Admissions Office

Managed by the Public Relations Director, the Admissions Office is devoted to providing patients with all the information they need and making the admission process as simple as possible.

Working Hours

Our admissions office is open 24/7 for emergency admissions. For elective admissions, it operates Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Required Documents

To proceed with the admission process, the following basic documents must be brought or completed at the admissions office:

  • A request for admission completed by the attending physician.
  • Informed patient consent and warrant permission.
  • Patient identity card and contact information (address and phone number).
  • Insurance card, if applicable.
  • Medical reports to be sent to third-party guarantors.

Additional Documents

Certain guarantors require extra documents:

  • Lebanese Army patients: photocopy of admission request and medical report.
  • State employees’ mutual fund: application form available at the admissions office.
  • Patients with foreign insurance: claim forms completed by receptionists and sent to guarantors.
  • Ministry of Public Health patients: admission request approved by supervising doctor.
