Hôpital Libano-Français has developed a comprehensive Quality Management System based on the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health standards, with 67 defined indicators to maintain and continuously improve quality across all areas. This system promotes patient safety, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency through regular monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.
