Hôpital Libano-Français developed and identified 67 indicators  in a quality management system, based on the Lebanese standards of the Ministry of Public Health, in order to implement and maintain working methods, aimed  at maintaining the level of quality.

On the other hand, this system takes care of the constant improvement of services in order to better meet the expectations of patients, their families, and doctors.

Along with health standards, we founded and developed rules, procedures, preventive and corrective actions for all the administrative departments, as well as for maintenance and information technology departments.

The concept of quality is integrated into daily work and into the strategic objectives, values and missions of the hospital.
